How To Search for Homes in Ardsley, New York

If you are trying to search for homes in the Ardsley School District you need to know that in Westchester County the name of the community/town is not necessarily the same as the school district you want. For instance I have a listing now that is in the Ardsley school district but not in the Village of Ardsley but in the Town of Greenburgh. If you go to Realtor.com to search for homes they do not give you an option to search by Village, only by town.

If you search by zip code that will also not work because homes in the Ardsley School District can be in a multitude of zip codes, 10502, 10583 and 10530 as an example.

A home in the Ardsley School District can have a mailing address of Scarsdale, Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hartsdale or White Plains and can be in the Village of Ardsley or the Town of Greenburgh.

Confused? A recent listing had an address of 6 Deerhill Lane, Scarsdale, New York 10583 but is in the Town of Greenburgh, Ardsley Schools.

So the best thing to do if you are trying to find properties in the Ardsley School District is to search by school district.
